I purchased Rachel & Stephen Betzen's windchimes as a gift for my father's 70th birthday. As it was an important birthday and he is hard to buy gifts for, I knew that this was something special and different that he could enjoy. I included an engraving with a Celtic blessing. The service I received from Stephen and Rachel was personal as well as professional which is rare in this day & age! My father was extremely delighted with his gift and at this point "is saving for his new house" and doesn't want them "ruined" as he absolutely loves it and the sound of the chimes. Thank you for a wonderful service and product!

Great service |

The customer service was great, and the chime was a good quality, but I thought the windchime was 2 notes higher than the recording. I contacted them and the response was refreshing. The item was returned and an immediate refund was given. I purchased the Westminster windchime to replace it and it was perfect. This type of customer service is rare these days. This product's recording should probably be redone, but the quality of product and service are very high here. Thank you.

Cathedral in my yard |

This wind chime was at the top of my price range. The sound reminded me of the great cathedrals I saw on vacation in Europe, absolutely beautiful. The wind chime is well made and I feel that I will be enjoying it for many years. Worth every penny.
