First of all, I share your environmental and fair trade values and ethics. Secondly, your Website is so user friendly. I appreciate the graphic descriptions of your fine products and the fact that I could listen to the sound of the wind chimes you sell. I also appreciate the generous warranty you offer on your products. It demonstrates to me the faith you have in their quality. The customer service you provide is the ideal – what most consumers long for but too seldom experience. You promised that my daughter’s birthday gift would arrive on the day I requested, and it did. Fortunately. Because that very night, her area experienced a blizzard that dropped four feet of snow. Had my daughter’s wind chimes not arrived on the day you promised, she would not have gotten her birthday present on time. Your very personalized attention to every detail of my order is unsurpassed. Every aspect of the order process and your thoughtful follow-up demonstrates that you truly value your customers. Not only is my daughter delighted with the wind chimes, but I’m happy that I ordered her gift from such a very special company.
