I received a call from a gentleman in regards to the delivery time I requested. I had added in the comments section that I needed it by Friday June 6th, however, I had opted for UPS standard shipping. He was considerate enough to call and tell me that would be cutting it too close and recommended UPS third day shipment<br> We received the chime yesterday. This thing sounds incredible! The sustain is amazing. Even a gentle breeze makes it chime nice and softly. We are very happy with it. A far cry from the current small chimes we had out on the back deck that were probably purchased from a local grocery store, that don't work anyway. Thanks very much for a quality product!
