If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund within 365 days! Just contact us at Rachel@ecowindchimes.com to inform us that you would like to return the wind chime. We will e-mail you an address to send the wind chime to through the post office. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping.
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Return shipping is fully refunded, thus absolutely FREE.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer (unless we respond with their address).
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be
processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card. The refund will be the cost of the chime plus the cost of you shipping it back (no expedited returns). Please note that depending
on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business
days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. If the return is made more than 30 days after the sale, we will refund the money by check. As
part of our 365-day return policy, all returns will need to be received within 365 days of purchase.
Packing the return tightly (as it was shipped to you) and without metal on metal contact, is very important to us receiving the chime in good condition.
