At Just One Moon we deeply value customer
satisfaction. We provide sound clips and images for almost all of our wind
chimes to help you make a purchase that you will be happy with for many years.
We are confident in the quality of our windchimes and believe in backing that up
with an equally great return policy. Since we started our business in 2004, we have
only had 23 returns, 9 of them were to exchange for a larger windchime, 6 to exchange for a smaller windchime, and only
8 requested their money back, and we have had over 2804 customers online (numbers updated March 23, 2011). You can shop in our store with confidence, knowing
that you will always find the perfect windchime for you, your friends, and your
family.
Return Policy
In 30 days if you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase just contact us at Rachel@ecowindchimes.com to inform us that
you would like to return the windchime. We will e-mail you an address to send the windchime to. When it arrives in good
condition, we will issue a refund on your credit card the cost of the wind chime minus the cost of any engraving and our actual shipping and handling cost (what we paid for shipping the chime to you). Packing the return tightly (as it was shipped to you) and without metal on metal contact, is very important to us receiving the chime in good condition.

Do you sell returned wind
chimes?
No. Of the 23 windchimes returned or exchanged, 9 went
back to the manufacture, 8 were given to charities to auction off, 4 were
given to a family and friends of the owners and 2 are currently on hand (will probably be donated to a local charity event soon). We do not resell returned
windchimes.
