EcoWindChimes.com exists to promote the concept of Ethical business practices. Our affiliate program is designed for people and organizations whose ethics mirror those of fair trade, sustainability and community. We are primarily interested in people and organizations who are already promoting these concepts and would give us a link anyway; this is our way of saying thank you.

Although we will gladly accept individuals as affiliates and pay them accordingly, we prefer community organizations and churches. We strongly encourage you to have an organization you support join and then use their link (which will give them credit for the sale).

If you join the affiliate program you will earn 5% of the sales from individuals who follow your link to our store. Certain organizations may be able to earn a larger percentage by contacting us. In addition you will earn a percentage of sales from new affiliates who signed up using your link.

We do not engage in high pressure sales like other companies because we feel that it is not ethical, people need to feel good about purchasing sustainable products.

Our program would work best for organizations/churches. The organization or church can join and add the link from their site. They can then ask all of their members with web sites to copy and paste that same link on their web sites (hence the church/organization will receive credit for the sales). Also nonprofits and churches have a good chance of earning a higher percentage of those sales if they submit a request in writing after signing up and placing the link. Documentation may be required and we might contact the organization by phone to ensure that the affiliate is the organization/church. We will write your church or organization a check upon request when the balance is $50 or over).

Members are encouraged to create unique web pages promoting sustainable business, home décor or other topic related to windchimes for their EcoWindChimes.com link, as well as placing this on their main site. Doing so will increase the number of customers likely to come from your site. It is not necessary that the organization have the link on their website (some organizations do not allow advertising)... it can be on any web site (or e-newsletter etc...) as long as the link assigned to the organization is used.

This affiliate program is a great way for you to support and spread the word about sustainable business.
