Holiday Shipping Schedule

If your wind chime is ordered in time for this guarantee and is not delivered in time for Christmas, we will refund 20% of your purchase price. (Guarantee only applies to the lower 48 states of the US.)

Grace Notes Wind Chimes

Most Grace Notes Wind Chimes will ship the same or the next day. To be delivered by Christmas order by the following dates:

* Engraving dates are based on the customer being easy to reach(we will both e-mail and call) if there are questions or problems with the engraving request

Dates for Engraving apply for Stock engravings (from our engraving page) with personalized text. Custom images (from Photos, line art etc...) will not currently be guaranteed to be delivered in time for Christmas.

If you do not order in time rest assured that we will ship your windchimes as soon as possible and will be shipping orders until December 23rd. All orders made by December 22th at 6:00 PM  (central time) will be processed and shipped before the holidays (though delivery is only guaranteed if using the chart above).

We do close for 2 weeks during the holidays. (see below)

Music of the Spheres

    For  Soprano and  Mezzo-Soprano windchimes orders must be placed by December 12th.

    All other Music of the Spheres windchimes will be delivered according to their availability (mentioned under the price). Christmas delivery on these wind chimes is not backed by this shipping guarantee.

Note: Please be aware that because Music of the Spheres wind chimes are made when ordered, there can be a waiting time on Music of the Spheres wind chimes. This time is indicated on the item page as "Availability", and is different for differing sizes. Music of the Spheres has significantly reduced their shipping time in recent months but we want our customers to be aware that delays are still possible on some wind chimes.

 

 

Grace Notes gives all employees a holiday vacation to spend with their families from December 21th until January 6th, and we do the same. Therefor all orders for Grace Notes Wind Chimes placed between December 22- January 5th will be processed the week of January 5th. This is usually a slow time for orders and there is no reason we could find to not spend it with family and allow employees to do the same. The owners will be checking e-mail regularly for customer service during this time. Though they plan on enjoying time with their family as well).
