I've used this company to provide meaningful and unique gifts. I had discrepancies in the message I wanted to have placed on these chimes and each time, I received a personal, professional and helpful call to clarify and work with me on how to fix any issues with message length, cut off, etc. It was even mentioned I had ordered chimes and paid for a quicker shipping, but it turned out that I would receive them just as quickly because of my location WITHOUT the extra cost in shipping. I was able to alter the shipping fee and save money because it was brought to my attention. The chimes themselves are quite exquisite; durable yet delicate, tuned, and earthy yet polished in appearance depending upon which chimes you purchase. There are prices for everyone - I personally was on a budget and these worked perfectly. I will absolutely use this company again. Integrity, customer service, quality, and personal touch are clearly apart of their mission statement.
