If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund within 365 days! Just contact us at Rachel@ecowindchimes.com to inform us that you would like to return the wind chime. We will e-mail you an address to send the wind chime to through the post office.
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. (putting the plastic sleeves back on the tubes is important to avoiding metal on metal contact)
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer (unless we respond with their address). If item is shipped back to the manufacture (without us instructing you to do so) we may assess a 15% restocking fee if within 30 days of the purchase. The manufacture will not receive returns after 30 days. Contact us for ALL returns and avoid the restocking fee.
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be
processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card (we will send a check through the mail for refunds older than 60 days from the date of purchase). The refund will be the cost of the chime. Please note that depending
on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business
days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. As
part of our 365-day return policy, all returns will need to be received within 365 days of purchase.
Packing the return tightly (as it was shipped to you) and without metal on metal contact, is very important to us receiving the chime in good condition.
